Welcome to Brush Hour. By purchasing tickets, booking private events, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Event Registration

Registration for events is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received. Event seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Brush Hour reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event details, including venue, artwork, instructor, or event timing when necessary.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the advance preparation required for each event, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled event, please contact Brush Hour within 30 days of the event date to arrange a take-home paint kit. The kit will include the supplies and instructions needed to complete the project at home. Requests made more than 30 days after the event date may not be accommodated due to inventory and supply availability.

Tickets may be transferred to another person prior to the event. Please notify Brush Hour of any transfer whenever possible.

If Brush Hour cancels an event, registered guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future event.

Participation

Brush Hour strives to provide a fun, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all guests. Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, venue staff, and instructors.

Brush Hour reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in painting activities is voluntary. Guests assume responsibility for any risks associated with participation.

While every effort is made to provide a safe environment, Brush Hour shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property occurring during an event.

Guests are encouraged to wear clothing suitable for painting. Brush Hour is not responsible for paint or other materials that may come into contact with clothing, accessories, or personal belongings.

Food and Alcohol

Many Brush Hour events are hosted at wineries, breweries, restaurants, and other venues.

Alcoholic beverages, food, and related services are provided solely by the hosting venue. Brush Hour does not sell, serve, or provide alcoholic beverages and is not responsible for venue food or beverage services.

Photography and Marketing

Photographs and videos may be taken during Brush Hour events for promotional and marketing purposes, including use on social media, websites, and printed materials.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify Brush Hour at the beginning of the event and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.

Intellectual Property

Artwork designs, instructional materials, photographs, logos, and content provided by Brush Hour remain the property of Brush Hour unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
