Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the advance preparation required for each event, all ticket sales are final and are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled event, please contact Brush Hour within 30 days of the event date to arrange for a take-home paint kit. The kit will include the supplies and instructions needed to complete the project at home.

Requests made more than 30 days after the event date may not be accommodated due to inventory and supply availability.

You may also transfer your ticket to another person by notifying Brush Hour before the event.

If Brush Hour cancels an event, guests will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future event.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
